- Access the websites of at least one major electricity, water, gas or telecommunications company.
- Find out about any charges for the service, including service and equipment charges.
- Compare your list of charges with others in your class.
3. READ these two extracts taken from household utility bills:

6. For each extract, WRITE at least one sentence comparing the amount and cost of energy used in this period with the same period last year.
