Copyright and linking policy
Guidelines for linking to our site
NSW Fair Trading welcomes links from your website to the Money Stuff website. If you plan to create a link, we request that you adopt the following guideline:
Links to the Money Stuff website should be to the home page or one of the top-level sub-site pages, for example, Teachers’ resources or Just the facts. Linking to other parts of the site poses some risk, as the page to which you link may move or become unavailable. For more details go to the Copyright section of the Fair Trading website.
What we do not allow
All the material on our website is subject to copyright. You must not:
- Unlawfully use any of our material; or
- Pass off content from our site as your own. This includes copying or re-using parts of the site.
Republishing material from our site
You may generally copy, distribute, display, download and otherwise freely deal with the Information for any purpose, on the condition that you include the copyright notice “© State of New South Wales through NSW Fair Trading” on all uses.
