The Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal - In NSW

The Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) provides an inexpensive and effective means of resolving consumer, trader and tenancy disputes and is capable of making enforceable orders.

The CTTT deals with issues such as:

  • the purchase or repair of new or used motor vehicles
  • rental bond and other residential tenancy issues
  • goods and services such as electrical appliances, travel and Real Estate Agents
  • finance and credit matters
  • rent increases and park rule changes in residential parks
  • disputes concerning strata schemes including appeals against adjudicators’ decisions
  • house construction and home extensions

Application forms can be obtained from any CTTT registry, any Local Court Registry in NSW or any Fair Trading Centre in NSW.
